With over 30 years’ experience in HR, leadership, and coaching, Lisa blends deep professional expertise with personal insight, having rebuilt her life after loss, illness, and reinvention in midlife. She’s a fierce advocate for positive ageing, intergenerational connection, and creating communities where people grow stronger together.
Through mentoring, digital platforms, and real conversations, Lisa helps others rewire, refire, and redefine success on their own terms — at any age.
