Terms and Conditions – Elevation CRM Subscription

Provider: Birdy Publications LtdY, trading at Elevation Netowrks® and Elevation CRM ("we," "us," or "the Company")
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your subscription and use of Elevation CRM. By subscribing, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Elevation CRM is provided as a monthly subscription service.
2. Subscription and Billing
2.1 Monthly Billing
You are subscribing to Elevation CRM on a monthly basis. Billing occurs on the date of purchase and access is granted upon successful payment.
2.2 Lifetime Discount – Launch Offer
As an early supporter during our launch period, clients who subscribe before the end of June 2025 are entitled to a lifetime discount on your monthly subscription. This discount remains active as long as your account stays in good standing and payments are made on time.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Invoicing and Due Date
Invoices are issued 7 days before each billing cycle and are due on the billing date.
3.2 Late Payment Consequences
If your payment is not received within 7 days of the due date:
Your access to Elevation CRM will be suspended immediately until full payment is made.
You will forfeit your lifetime discount permanently.
You will be charged at the standard full price if you reactivate your subscription.
3.3 Data Retention and Deletion
Your data will be securely retained for up to 30 days after a missed payment.
If payment is not received within 30 days, all CRM data and configurations, including custom setups, pipelines, automations, and integrations, will be permanently deleted.
After this period, restoration will not be possible.
4. Re-Subscription Terms
If you choose to return after cancellation or suspension:
You may re-subscribe, but your lifetime discount will not be reinstated.
You will be charged at the current standard subscription rate.
However, if you are an active Elevation Networks® member, you will remain eligible for any available member-only discount at the time of re-subscription.
5. Account Cancellation and Termination
5.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 14 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months. Within 30 days, all CRM data and configurations, including custom setups, pipelines, automations, and integrations, will be permanently deleted. If you would like exports of content and data, please ensure you complete this before this time as will not be able to salavage data after those 30 days.
5.2 Company-Initiated Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
Payments are overdue beyond 30 days
You violate any terms of service
The system is used for unlawful or abusive purposes
6. Access and Use
Your CRM license is exclusive to your organisation and non-transferable.
Sharing access credentials with unauthorised users is prohibited.
You are responsible for all actions taken within your account.
7. Updates, Maintenance, and Support
Elevation CRM will be regularly updated and improved.
Scheduled maintenance may result in brief downtime, which we aim to minimise.
Customer support is available via hello@elevation-networks.com during business hours.
8. Data and Privacy
Your data is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless legally required.
9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Elevation CRM. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for one month of service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
By subscribing to Elevation CRM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
