Rachael has dedicated her professional life to making a difference in the health and social care sector, working across a diverse range of settings, including children’s care homes, care leavers, sexual health, nutrition, and helplines for both local and national charities and statutory bodies.
With deep expertise in helpline services, she played a key role in shaping industry standards and assessments to ensure high-quality support. Her company, Kiltti, has guided charities and organisations in establishing helplines, strengthening governance, refining policies, and enhancing operational effectiveness. In partnership with Authentic Responses, Kiltti has developed a suite of training programmes designed to empower individuals with the skills and resilience needed to flourish Inspired by the Finnish word for "kindness," Kiltti embodies that very principle in everything it does.
Rachael is a qualified trainer and an accredited Relational Dynamics Coach, committed to fostering positive change and meaningful connections. Rachael combines expertise with a personal touch, using her dyslexia as a creative strength to find meaningful and innovative solutions.
