I first picked up a soldering iron at the age of 12, fixing 80's microcomputers. I'm 55 and I still fix computers, but a lot more besides.
In the intervening time I went to college and uni to study computer engineering, was around for the birth of the world wide web, exhibited art at the Barbican and Laing galleries, worked as a Senior Consultant Engineer at Barclays, Capital One and The Registers of Scotland. I became ill, got well and started my own business AND the Million People Project, helping people out of digital poverty, as a pragmatic response to COVID-19.
Now working with Mohamed and Mandeep on Elevate Sierra Leone.
