Overview:

Facilitated by Elevation Member Rachael Wyartt and her business partner Priya 6 x 90 minute sessions online, in each session we will look at the pillars of the E.M.B.R.A.C.I.N.G Kind Leadership model, explore what they mean and how we can apply them into kind leadership.

• Starting Tuesday 13th January 2026 (then January 20th and 27th, and February 3rd, 10th and 17th).

• Times 4pm to 5.30pm

Prices:

• Elevation Members £65 per session so £390

• Non members £70 per session so £420

Details:

• Session 1 is the introduction into the model, and understanding of kindness

• Session 2 looks at empathy and mindfulness 

• Session 3 looks at  boundaries, reliability and authenticity

• Session 4 looks at Confidentiality and integrity

• Session 5 looks at being non-judgemental and generosity 

• Session 6 we develop tools and an action  plan to implement the E.M.B.R.A.C.I.N.G Kind leadership model.
